I have never had issues in the mountains, city or even dead areas however it didnt like a hot air ballon. Not sure why as measures the Z-axis but didnt like that or it was a bad day.

Simple and easy to use.
Pretty accurate when compared to other devices.
Tells you your altitude. Very accurate.
Works great with many options... 5✡️
Works great!
Great app...very reliable and easy to use.
Compass works on iPad Air 2, but not on iPhone 6
Accurate and easy to use !!
Simple, easy, perfect.
Tells your altitude. Works well and its very simple and to the point.
Excellent app very precise.
Really have to question the accuracy of this app. I have this on my iPhone and iPad. Each shows a different elevation. iPad shows 24 ft; iPhone shows 67 ft. While Ive been typing this on my iPhone sitting in a parked car, the iPad app has changed the elevation from 24 ft to 13 ft to 29 ft to 73 ft. The iPhone from 67 ft to 45 ft to 38 ft to 68 ft. The compass works on the iPad works but not on the iPhone. Wierd.
Living near the ocean I like to check how many feet above sea level it is due to flooding of the rivers near by. Many times a storm surge forces the water to backup up the ocean sounds which makes the rivers rise to flood stage or over. Looking at different terrains can be deceiving to the eye, as many people found out during Hurricane Matthew. A few of my neighbors would have benefited by knowing their altitude and compared it to the flood plain to find out they were going to be flooded. Its an excellent app to experiment with. Ive had a very good experience with it.
Very handy app. I would recommend it.
Excellent app. Have used it at sea level and high altitude, accurate and easy to read. Adjusts quickly and is very intuitive.
I use this app all of the time when we are traveling in our Motorhome. It is a great app to use to check elevation when riding or when we arrive at our destination.
After a prompt popped up and asked if I liked or hated the app without even using it, I said I liked it so I could write about how much I hate that. Who knows if its any good. I havent bothered to check further.
It is very interesting to me to make note of the altitude as I travel. It helps keeps me amused.
In 2017, the Subaru Forester XT Touring (and supposedly all the others) has missing the formerly present, and helpful to me, altimeter from its map application. When I asked a salesman regarding this, I knew we were in trouble when he "earnestly" asked, "What is an altimeter?" Gawbless Uhmerkuh!
